Our vision is to restore The Mirasol to its former glamour as a sophisticated Mediterranean Revival property, featuring bespoke hotel suites, luxurious waterfront condominiums, and intimate gathering spaces for Davis Islands residents.

In line with our commitment to the Davis Island community, we continue to offer transparency and collaboration through this process. Please view our submission to The City of Tampa for rezoning and redevelopment. It reflects our vision and commitment to preserve the historic property, and it shows the design changes that have been made from meetings, tours, and townhalls we have had over the past two plus years. We have listened and this plan reflects that.
